New MOOG complete knuckle assemblies simplify bearing replacement, save time on several popular applications

Federal-Mogul Motorparts’ industry-leading MOOG Steering and Suspension brand has introduced premium-quality complete knuckle assemblies that dramatically simplify bearing replacement and save time on several popular late-model passenger vehicle applications. MOOG, official steering and suspension of NASCAR, is a brand of global vehicle components from manufacturer Federal-Mogul Motorparts, a division of Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation.

New MOOG complete knuckle assemblies include all of the premium components – MOOG knuckle and backing plate with corrosion-resistant E-coat; MOOG wheel hub assembly; National axle bearing; axle nut; and lock ring – needed for a complete repair. By relying on this comprehensive, bolt-on solution, service providers can save time and eliminate the need for special tools or a press, resulting in an easier installation.

“Once again, MOOG has delivered an innovative solution that offers significant benefits for the front-line service provider,” said Bryon Osterland, general manager, Chassis, Americas, Federal-Mogul Motorparts. “We are confident this product will streamline bearing replacement on an ever-growing range of passenger vehicle models.”
